The Psychology of WOMEN
"If only I had an idea what life had for
me, I would have done things differently.
Now that I have an idea what the rest of
my life will be like, I am doing what I can
differently." M C Nawa
The Psychology of Women is a platform based on positive psychology. Positive
psychology is about scientifically informed perspectives on what makes life worth living. It
focuses on aspects of the human condition that lead to happiness, fulfillment, and
flourishing.

The Psychology of Women provides an interdisciplinary and international forum for the
science and application of positive psychology. The workshop is devoted to optimal human
functioning and fulfillment, and the facilitation and promotion of well-being as it relates to
finances, relationship, and emotional behavior.

The workshop brings together leading women in society and highlights sub disciplines
within modern life such as entrepreneurship, planning, family structure and the welfare of
the modern woman. Topics covered in the workshop include human strengths and virtues,
personal and social well-being, as well as applications to psychotherapy and counseling.
Special emphasis is placed on freeing a woman from insecure people who drain her of
energy, resources, and inspiration.

In the capable hands of Life Coach Mubita C. Nawa, The Psychology of Women is not a
Band-Aid or a buzzword. It is a habit of mind. The Psychology of Women is a practical
roadmap for navigating unexpected challenges, surprises, and setbacks at work and
home. The premise is that a woman is only as powerful as her freedom. This freedom
determines her thinking and leadership styles which in turn affect her resilience and
relationships.

A woman can boost resilience by changing the way she thinks about adversity.

The principal speaker Mubita C. Nawa synthesizes decades of awareness in cognitive
psychology to create eleven practical strategies for succeeding as a woman. Each strategy
demonstrates how "thinking styles" affect emotions and behavior. Each strategy is
illustrated with vivid examples, including acting-out thought patterns, battle-torn
marriages, downsized workplaces, and the loss of loved ones. This insightful workshop
offers clear descriptions of true womanhood and how it ought to be lived.

The number of participants is 100.
