Mubita C. Nawa Management Consultancy was first founded in the USA as Why Not?
Motivational Speakers in 2001. By 2001 the principal founder had worked at
Wal-Mart as a Customer Service Manager and subsequently as a department
manager. He had also worked for Barclays Bank Zambia Limited for 6 years from
1993 to 1999. Mubita had worked for Washington Mutual Bank for about a year in
the USA. His stint in the USA was crowned by a 7 year career at The Potters House
Church under Bishop T D Jakes. It is here where Mubita honed his skills while also
being mentored by the great orator, speaker and entrepreneur T D Jakes.
