To assist you plan your next event, we have provided you with our most frequently asked questions;

What organizations does Mubita speak for?
Over the past 7 years, Mubita has just about seen it all. He has spoken at Churches, fortune 500
organizations, one on one session and just about anybody that needed motivation. Mubita does not segregate
against religion, ethnicity, or race. Mubita C. Nawa management consultancy is an all-are-welcome company.

Where does Mubita live?
Mubita lives in Lusaka Zambia.

When does he arrive at events?
Mubita arrives at least 30 minutes before the speech or once all the protocols are fulfilled. There are times
when he may arrive earlier depending on the specific need.

Which companies has Mubita Worked with before?
Over the past seven years, Mubita has worked with companies on three continents. From a three month one-
on-one coaching time with over 100 employees at DHL Zambia Limited, to a Customer Service Training of
over 90 employees at the Grand Prairie Wal-Mart store in the USA, to a keynote address at HUD (USA
Government department of Housing and Urban Development). He has also taught, facilitated and trained staff
at the UNDP (United Nations Development Program)/ NAC (National Aids Council) event in Zambia. Other
experiences have been at T D Jakes MEDC (Metroplex Economic Development Corporation) where he served
as a certified Next Level Trainer in Marketing. Some other organisations have been Christian Life Cathedral,
Bread of Life Church International plus many others too numerous to mention. Regardless of the company
size or budget, Mubita's passion is to deliver an experience that leaves the audiences yearning for more.

How long do Mr. Nawa’s sessions last?
Each session is different. Some sessions are a one off training while others take longer. On average Mr. Nawa
speaks for 48 minutes. He has spoken for lesser time and for slightly longer. Some specific training sessions
may be broken down into half a day or a one and half days.

How far in advance must we book Mubita?
Mr. Nawa generally keeps a very busy schedule. We suggest that a booking be made at least two to three
months in advance. You can even make a booking as early as a year in advance. However, we still welcome
enquiries no matter how late it may be. We just prefer being organized.

Does Mr. Nawa need hotel bookings?
Yes he does. In order for us to continue to be professional and to give our hosts their freedom, we prefer that
a hotel reservation be made before arrival.

Does an assistant accompany Mr. Nawa?
Not always. Mr. Nawa generally uses local volunteers at each event. In cases where the host would rather
have an agent come, arrangements can be made for one.

How does the payment of the speaking fee work?
Whenever a speaking engagement fee is agreed upon, we require a 50% deposit to secure the date. This
deposit is transferable should the date need to be changed as long as both schedules permit. The balance of
the fee is due on the date of the speaking engagement.

Can we pay after the event?
We would much rather conclude the business of each event on the day of the event.

Why does he charge?
Anything worth having in life is worth paying for. As an organisation, we deliver the best service you can find
in our industry as seen by the vast array of clients that we serve. In order to continue to deliver this kind of
service and to stay relevant, we must exchange value for what we deliver. As they say, "There is no such
thing as free lunch." We know a
few people who can deliver free services. What we do not know is whether it
would be the same kind of service.

What if we are a nonprofit organization and we do not have a budget?
We do not say no to organizations regardless of their financial position. Our primary goal is to serve people
first. We only ask that a small token of appreciation or honorarium be prepared for the speaker.

How often can Mr. Nawa speak at our events?
As often as you desire. It is up to the training and motivational needs of each organization. Because of the
diversity of Mr. Nawa's speaking, we recommend at least three times in a year. This way there is follow up
and continuation of training.
